On October 16th, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, in partnership with FIBA and the Federal Reserve Americas Center, will host an in-person forum discussion with a focus on the post-implementation era of FinCEN's final rule, “Customer Due Diligence Requirements for Financial Institutions” (the CDD Rule).

Join the conversation with our expert regulatory panel who will be on hand to share recommendations, supervisory expectations and frequently asked questions surrounding the Rule, followed by an economic outlook on the U.S. with a focus on the international economy of South Florida and Latin America.
